Okee, this drawing is preeeety darn old but a decent number of people reblogged and liked it on tumblr so I decided to share this with the dA users

I don't know if it's just me but I'm an introvert (for sure) and this was my "crush/love" life I had to deal with in high school. It sucks because I had a major crush on a guy who is really hard to reach onto. He's amazingly talented, popular and welp, he's never single Oh and, he's an extravert too! But I still had hopes of becoming friends with him; heck, I even planned everything to get a chance talking to him.

But nope! I DID EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WANTED TO DO.

There were times where I wanted to talk to him sooo badly but I ended up not saying a word.
There were times where I wanted to say "Hi!" to him as we cross our paths in the hallways, but in the end, I pretended he never existed!

This lasted for 4 years!

Oh man, I can't believe myself honestly That was a bad thing too because he probably thought I hated him when I actually REALLY REALLY liked him

But during graduation year, I decided to do something; to get him to acknowledge my existance at least! (hey, doesn't this sound familiar to you? *cough* Naruto, Hinata and others *cough*) Haha!

So I joined jazz band and learned to play the drums just to get a little closer to him (but that was not the only reason My friends were in jazz band too ). He's really good at drums but I wanted to be just as good as him! I wanted him to notice my talents. Hey, it worked! He complimented on my drumming :') It was the most wonderful feeling of my life! There was a moment where he patted my head when we were in the elevator with a bunch of jazz band members. Haha. We became friends, yes, but we weren't that close. But still, after 4 years of saying nothing, I decided to DO something that can help me get a little close to him and wow, I don't regret it! This actually made me fall in love with playing the drums too. I love playing the drums! I feel soooooo free and alive when creating those wonderful rhythmic drumming music. Too bad I don't have any drum kits at home

Honestly, I also made him my "secret" rival so I could catch up to him (in terms of talents.)
He was someone I wanted to be like...
Man, I really really admired him to a point where this admiration converted to some sort of love

Unfortunately, he was dating another girl so I couldn't bring myself to tell him how I felt about him.
In the end, I just kept it all in... ;_;
